Growing up in Batavia, Executive Chef Andrew Hoelscher had his passion for food ignited at the early age of 17. Working at the highly esteemed, 4-Diamond, Herrington Inn he learned valuable lessons of culinary excellence as well as the professional discipline needed to run a world-class restaurant.
Today, Chef Andrew is the Executive Chef for BLVD Kitchen. Through all of his travels and training have come full circle to create a unique “clubhouse” experience offering world cuisine inspired offerings at a competitive price point.
